When you connect a bank account, authentication happens directly with your bank under Australia’s Consumer Data Right (CDR) framework. You never share your password with us, and access is strictly read-only.
Your financial data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption before being stored. It is secured using a zero-knowledge architecture, meaning your data is encrypted with your private credentials and cannot be read by our team.
In simple terms: your information is gathered, encrypted and stored in a way that keeps it accessible to you but not visible to anyone else.

Yes. You can disconnect any connected institution at any time. Under Australia’s Consumer Data Right (CDR), you can delete your data at any time. You remain in control of what is connected and what is stored.

GLOSS Vault connects to Australian banks and financial institutions through accredited Consumer Data Right (CDR) providers. Most major Australian banks are supported. If you’re unsure whether your bank is supported, you can check during the connection process (it’s free, and completely private) or contact us directly.

Bank automation features use a subscription model. Credits can be applied toward this subscription, so you never have to pay if you don’t want to.
Additionally, early access members receive credits upfront that cover their subscription. You can continue earning credits through rewards features as you use the app and cover this cost.
All other core features are free to use.
