Kevin
Director
I began my career in proprietary trading in Sydney, before moving to Hong Kong and trading at a hedge fund.
I then shifted to making software for hedge funds and wealth managers across the APAC region, and am now taking all the secrets our team has learnt, to create a money management app that’s accessible to everyone.
Outside Of GLOSS Vault
I am "violently allergic" to Bullshit Jobs. I’ve recently developed a liking for collecting and ranking pop philosophy, and so far have found the best one to be the goal of "creating extraordinary individuals" - but I remain open to alternatives.
I also enjoy playing computer games on occasion. Favourite ones (by play time) are by far and away Factorio and Dyson Sphere Program.

Lujane
Product Manager
I started my career as a Technical Product Manager in Taipei, Taiwan where I worked with the tech team of a global marketing agency. Following my time in Taipei, I moved to Hong Kong to join Ironfly Technologies. At Ironfly, I held roles as both an Account Manager and a Product Manager. Through these positions I worked on developing, launching, and expanding our suite of institutional products.
In addition to working with the now established products, I am actively collaborating with our team to build The GLOSS Vault and develop it into a product that benefits us all.
Outside of GLOSS Vault
Outside of my professional life, I dedicate most of my time to playing with and embarking on adventures with my Cardigan Corgi. I enjoy learning new skills and exploring new activities, whether by myself, with friends, or alongside my puppy. I also take pleasure in expanding my cooking and baking abilities and sharing beautiful dishes with the people I love.

I am the Senior Software Engineer, responsible for technical design and implementation of GLOSS Vault. Prior to joining, I was a principal CRM consultant and full stack developer, working primarily with the product SugarCRM.

As a passionate hobbyist baker, I love tackling the imaginative designs my children dream up to fulfill their wildest birthday dreams. My family and I also enjoy spending time together mountain biking, camping and exploring the beautiful Australian outdoors.

Sinan
Software Engineer
I began my career in software development in 2019 as a Junior Software Engineer at Mava, where I gained hands-on experience building and maintaining mobile and web applications. During this time, I developed delivery tracking systems, order management platforms, and restored a hotel reservation system, working with technologies such as React Native, React, PHP, and MySQL.
In 2022, I joined Pardon: Smart Menu as a Software Engineer, where I took on the challenge of transforming a semi-functional mobile app into a robust, market-ready platform. I enhanced performance, introduced new features, and developed the Android version, significantly improving user engagement and expanding the app’s reach.
These experiences have given me a strong foundation in end-to-end development, problem-solving, and delivering practical, user-focused solutions.
Outside Of GLOSS Vault
I’m passionate about football, both as an enthusiastic supporter and a casual player, and I enjoy practicing the traditional art of coffee grain fortune telling—a fun and unique way to connect with people.

Horace
Software Engineer
Before joining and help make GLOSS Vault into what it is today, I was exploring different areas within IT to figure out where I wanted to focus.
Over time, I realised I really enjoyed the creative and problem-solving side of frontend development, so I decided to pursue a career as a front end software engineer. It’s still new for me and there’s a lot to learn, but I’m really enjoying the journey.
Outside Of GLOSS VaultOutside of work, I’m really into music — especially J-pop and chillstep. I also enjoy gaming, particularly challenging and competitive ones like World of Warcraft and Elden Ring.

Brian
Junior Software Engineer
I am a junior software engineer helping build key features into the GLOSS Vault. In my previous work I have been a customer service representative and IT technician in a trading company in the textile industry. Being the only IT technician I was involved in everything from device management to making websites! Building the websites then became the starting point to where I am today.
Outside Of GLOSS VaultI like to do brain workouts, I like to play puzzle games, escape rooms and watch suspense and mystery movies. A lot of my friends say that I use my brain a lot in my job why are you still overloading yourself after the job, but I find solving puzzles gives me another level of relaxation. Another interesting fact about me is that I like walking - the longer the better, if I become very wealthy and I would like to walk around the world!

Marnie
Software Engineer
I initially started my tech career as a junior software quality assurance engineer and later on, switched to a frontend web developer role as an internal hire in the first company I joined. From then on, I moved to Hong Kong to work in a logistics company and another fintech company specializing in loan applications and bank statement digitization before joining the GLOSS Vault team.
Outside Of GLOSS Vault
I like to travel and I love exploring cities. I like to take pictures with my phone and create a travelogue on my personal Instagram. I will visit the tourist spots, a museum, a university, filming locations, and also try the public transportation to know what living there is like.
When I’m not travelling, I do a lot of volunteering: designing event posters, providing tech support, planning/organising various events, and performing music (keyboard).

Aastha
QA Testing and Support Specialist
I started as a Jr. Software Developer prior to joining GLOSS Vault. I already knew even back then that I was more intrigued by the Quality Assurance side of things; exploring loopholes, breaking things to figure out what made them work, and making sure the end product felt solid.
That curiosity ultimately became the focus of my career, and now with GLOSS Vault, I get to dive into the details, ensuring reliability, and keep learning about how strong QA practices can really shape a product and a team.
Outside Of GLOSS Vault
In my free time, I like to surround myself with different expressions of art and storytelling. Whether it be concerts, anime, film, music, or simply getting lost in a great book. They offer me different creative lenses and outlooks towards the world beyond me, and I like to think, some of that creativity even manages to sneak back into my own life.
Another fun fact about me would be that I've always had a thing for scents and aromatics. During high school, I even made organic beeswax-scented candles, partly because I loved how calming certain aromas could be when everything else felt a bit overwhelming.

Lead Generation
I initially started supporting the trading system for our company Ironfly for 3.5 years before expanding my role to include working to sell the vision and benefits of GLOSS Vault.
Outside Of GLOSS Vault
I love exploring Hong Kong’s most celebrated restaurants—not just for the cuisine, but to appreciate the artistry behind luxury hospitality. It’s equal parts indulgence and inspiration, and I channel those insights into creating memorable gatherings and networking moments.
I also thrive on connecting people across fields—whether over cocktails at a fintech mixer or while debating the best pasta in town. (Pro tip: I keep a running list of “must-try” spots to share.) But my love for bringing people together goes beyond networking. From discovering hidden-gem boutiques to enjoying the latest hotspot, I’m all about creating moments over shared passions—great food, style, and lively conversation.
(And yes, I’ve perfected the art of admiring designer pieces without always taking them home!)

When I’m not designing products, I enjoy exploring my creative side as a nail technician.
I once ran my own nail studio where I designed the marketing materials and created custom looks for nearly one hundred clients.
I am also a big fan of FPS games, especially Overwatch and Apex, where I have spent thousands of hours playing, and I have streamed as a VUP, which was a fun way to share the experience and connect with other players.

Outside Of GLOSS Vault
When I’m not creating content for GLOSS Vault I love my football and seeing different parts of the world. I was always doomed to love football because of my family and seeing different cultures and alternative lifestyles fascinates me compared to what I was used to experiencing back in England.
